Return Policy

We strive to bring 100% guaranteed products with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a products purchase because of its defects/wrong products received, simply return the product. Please refer to the return instructions on the packing slip when returning your product.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Products returned must be in original condition, packaging and all paperwork, parts and accessories.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I- Get your order number(visit My Order History to retrieve the number)

II- Prepare detailed description of the damage/defect of your received products with picture. We use your feedback to improve.

III- Call our support team immediately between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with order number and the damage description so that we could assist you return shipping fees.

IV- Or simply email us your order number and the picture of the damage product and we will get back to you as soon as possible. (easb@evergreenadventure.com)

COST OF RETURNING THE GOODS

The cost of returning any unwanted product for an exchange or a refund will be pay by customer. If your order id defected, Evergreen Adventure will pay for the cost of return. Please contact our support team to organize this return costing.

REQUESTING A REFUND

i- Refund are handled only of you have received damaged/defected/wrong products within 7 working days from the day of receiving products.

ii- We will do whatever it takes to give you the best shopping experience with Evergreen Adventure.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

With your method of payment, we will filly refund when the goods received are faulty/wrong products, within 14 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).
